Extrudo docs
Extrudo is parametric CAD for 3D printing that runs in your browser: you sketch a shape, give it dimensions, turn it into a solid, and the timeline remembers every step so you can change a number and watch the part follow. Open the app at https://app.extrudo.org.
These pages are the written guide:
- The app in five minutes: the screen, moving the view, finding commands and where your designs are kept.
- Sketching and constraints: planes, drawing, constraints, dimensions and profiles.
- Features and the timeline: dialogs, editing, rolling back, reordering and lost references.
- Parameters and expressions: named values, units, the Customizer and print tolerance.
- Bodies and the browser: what a body is, the browser's folders, appearance, and working with several bodies or imported meshes.
- Getting it printed: exporting STL, 3MF and STEP, and the checks that help a print succeed.
- Files, versions and where your work lives: autosave,
.extrudofiles, imports, version history, linked folders, offline use and the examples. - The desktop app: installing it and what it adds.
There is also a page for every tool. Tutorials and a gallery of examples are on their way; they appear in the sidebar as they land. If you want to build designs from code, the API reference covers the document API, scripts, macros and plugins.
